Half re-design Ruru

I decided to forego the pig tail hair bow combo.
This is actually how I first came up with ruru before my tablet. She didn't start with pig tails. I also wanted to tweak my eyelash style a bit (it was to thick. This actually a better representation of how i do eyes traditionally). Do you guys think i should do bottom lashes?
